我們是幾代不同文化背景與生活形態的華人和其他族裔所組成的教會，與鄰居和世界分享基督的希望。

We disciple believers through public worship, fellowship and doctrinal teaching, working together to be living testimonies of God’s grace in our church, community and the world.

策略 Strategy

領袖團隊建立教會現有的架構，為要鼓勵、訓練以及透過門訓來使新的領袖與現任領袖配搭事奉，為要產生高效、健全的團隊，預備教會面對未來的挑戰。

​To achieve a highly effective team that can meet the future challenges of our church, the leadership is designing a structure to intentionally encourage, train and disciple new leaders to work alongside existing leadership with the result of a high-performance team.

Christ-centered﹙基督為中心﹚－ signified by 4 “C” words：

  1. Consecration ﹙分別為聖﹚ – Separated to serve our Lord Jesus, and then those who belong to the Lord, with holiness〔Exodus 29:1, 1 Peter 2:9-10〕.​

  2. Condescension ﹙謙遜、俯就﹚ – Follow Christ’s example of incarnation, serving and leading the community of Christ in humility and as servants, without personal agenda, gains and desires〔John 1:14, Philippians 2:5-8〕.

  3. Confidence ﹙信賴、信靠﹚ – Trust the Lord for guidance and provision, being a steward personally and having conviction on the people one serves〔Psalm 78:72, 1 Peter 4:10-11〕.

  4. Commitment ﹙委身﹚ – Willing to be sent to lead a balanced, missional lifestyle and serve locally with a global and social concern〔Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Romans 12:1-2〕.

 
Community-building﹙為建立群體﹚－ evidenced with 6 “C” words：

  1. Compliance ﹙服從、禮讓﹚ – To respect everyone in the team, regardless of his or her position〔Romans 12:10, Ephesians 5:21〕.

  2. Collaboration ﹙合作﹚ – To work with everyone in the team constructively and consistently, giving space for everyone, including oneself, to grow〔Philippians 1:27, 2:2〕.

  3. Communication ﹙溝通﹚ – To voice out one’s ideas, feeling and concerns in the team with congruity but politely〔Proverbs 25:11, James 1:19, 3:1-2〕.

  4. Candor ﹙公平、無私﹚ – To treat team members without prejudice and to be fair to everyone〔Proverbs 14:21, James 2:1-8〕.

  5. Charity ﹙仁愛、施與﹚ – To love the team members by showing them courtesy, complaisance, care, concern and conciliation〔Ephesians 4:32, 1 Peter 1:22〕.

  6. Celebration ﹙稱讚、祝福、慶祝﹚ – To help team members succeed in what they do by being present with them in their ups and downs and giving your advice and assistance to them in cheerful and creative ways〔1 Corinthians 12:12-27, Philippians 4:4-7〕.

​信條 Doctrine

  • We believe that the entire Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, was inspired by God.The Bible is the only authority for Christian belief and conduct.
     

  • We believe in one true God, eternally coexisting in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit; equal in position, rank, authority and glory; the God of Creation, Redemption and Final Judgment.
     

  • We believe that Jesus is the Son of God, true God and true Man, the incarnate Word, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He was crucified to bear the sins of mankind and to become a sin offering to save all who believe in Him so that they can be made holy by His shed blood.He was raised on the third day, ascended into heaven, and is the Mediator between God and Man. He will come again to judge all mankind. His kingdom is everlasting.
     

  • We believe that the Holy Spirit has descended to regenerate and indwell believers, and to work in the believer’s heart and produce Christlikeness. The Holy Spirit also leads believers into the truth and gives them strength to live a holy life.
     

  • We believe that man was created in God’s image, but disobeyed God and fell. Sin and death then came to man. Man experienced not only physical death, but also spiritual deaths as his soul was separated from God. Only through substitutionary atonement by Jesus Christ can man be saved. Sinners are saved by God’s grace through faith, not by their own good works.
     

  • We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust. The just will be raised to eternal blessedness and the unjust will be raised to judgment and eternal punishment.
    ​

  • We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ. There is only one Church, which includes all born-again Christians, past, present and future, in all places. The Great Commission of the Church is to spread the gospel to the ends of the earth and build up believers in the truth.
