Wing was born in Hong Kong and came to the United States in 1994. He has been living in New York City since then. After graduating from college, he was called by the triune God to enter into full-time ministry. He received a M.Div. degree (2005) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, a Th.M. degree (2007) from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. degree in Missiology (2015) from Concordia Theological Seminary. Before coming to OCM, he served at the Grace Chinese Alliance Church, Brooklyn, as an associate pastor (2005-2010). He joined the pastoral staff of OCM in April 2015. In ministry, he is into preaching, teaching, and discipleship. At leisure, he likes to read and watch his daughter, Hope, acting silly at home. His favorite authors are Eugene Peterson, Walter Brueggemann, and Arnold Yeung. He is married to Sue.
